Now Hiring - Inside Sales in Dundee, IL

• The candidate will work within the Sales team in an administrative role.
• They will manage and complete the order entry process once the technical and commercial offer is finalized.
• The task involves liaison activities with the internal and external sales network and with the Sales Engineers, Logistics, Technical Office, Purchasing Office, Administration functions.

Specifically, the resources will be responsible for:

Pre-sales activities:

• Generation of net 30 quotes
• Internal quote management

Post-sales activities:

• Customer PO acceptance, review, and processing
• Releasing of order confirmation and related communication to the sales network / customer

Job requirements:

• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Capable in autonomous workload and deadline management
• Preferable knowledge of opportunity management software (e.g. SalesForce)
• (Preferable) experience in Industrial Sales framework

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
